The Gifting Earth

The Gifting Earth is a free community website that enables its users to easily help and be helped through the gifting and sharing of: Goods, Services, Knowledge and Compassion. All gifting events are completely voluntary. The site has been launched and is currently open to the public.

The original Drupal 6 project was inherited from another development company, and was almost completely rebuilt by Classic Ridge during the upgrade to Drupal 7. The major features included member accounts, the ability to post, browse, and exchange Gifts and Needs, and a private messaging system. The exchange process is a handled by a custom Drupal module. The project also included a full redesign including graphics and user interface.
