The client had already built their form logic and written scripts to handle all the data in their FileMaker application, but wanted the forms to be available online. Classic Ridge Designs developed a secure web form that conforms to HIPAA standards, to collect sensitive patient data for a health care provider. The form process uses the FileMaker API for PHP and a highly customized script to interact with a secure FileMaker server.
